Maintaining and cleaning condenser coils is essential for the efficient operation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. After applying the cleaner, let it sit for the recommended amount of time, usually about 10-15 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with water. In some cases, a fin comb may be used to straighten any bent fins, ensuring optimal airflow through the coils.
