Design and Construction

  • Coil Technology: Utilizing Inner Grooved Turbo Coils with appropriate thickness for maximum efficiency and heat exchange.
  • Aluminum Fins: Produced using modern technologies, including special grooves (turbulence) and sinusoidal waves that enhance efficiency.
  • Airflow: The fins help create turbulent airflow, which increases the heat transfer coefficient and significantly improves the efficiency of the coil. Additionally, the triangular arrangement of the tubes ensures that air is in contact with the entire surface of the tubes.
  • Tube Spacing: The design of the spacing between the tubes is optimized to achieve the best ratio between the circulating refrigerant volume and the heat exchange surface.

Testing and Quality

  • Pressure Testing: Coils are pressure tested with 400 Psi nitrogen gas after washing and degreasing, and then re-pressurized with 150 Psi after purging.
  • Software Design: The design of Radairan coils is performed using advanced software that is certified by the AHRI (Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute).

Material Composition

  • Connecting Parts Material: All connecting parts to the coil, such as tube sheets, are made of aluminum or galvanized sheet to prevent corrosion due to water contact.
  • Dimensions and Specifications: Radairan condensers are made from 3/8 inch tubes, with variable fin spacing and specific dimensions.
